About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Programming & Technology Expert to evaluate and qualify freelancers across various technology-related categories. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing technical portfolios, live projects, websites, mobile applications, and other work samples to assess their quality, functionality, authenticity, and professional standards. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in at least one major technology domain, such as Web Development, Software Development, Mobile App Development, AI Development, or Quality Assurance, along with a general understanding of modern technologies and development practices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Evaluation
• Review freelancer portfolios, live websites, software applications, and technical projects.
• Assess technical quality, functionality, usability, complexity, and overall professional execution.
• Evaluate applicants across technology categories, including:
• Website Development & Maintenance
• Software & Mobile Application Development
• AI Development, Chatbots & Automation
• Cloud Computing & DevOps
• Game Development
• Cybersecurity & Blockchain
• Other Programming & Technology Services
• Verify the authenticity and credibility of submitted work samples and project claims.
• Approve or reject applications based on established evaluation guidelines. 2. Quality Assurance & Reporting




• Identify technical weaknesses and distinguish basic work from professional-quality implementations.
• Prepare clear, structured evaluation reports with evidence-based feedback.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and fairness throughout the assessment process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject-matter experts when specialized technical knowledge is required.
• Follow defined quality standards and evaluation procedures. 3. Research & Continuous Learning
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, programming practices, and industry trends.
• Develop an understanding of recent tools, platforms, and technology services.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and relevant resources to support technical evaluations where appropriate.
• Improve evaluation methods to maintain high-quality assessment standards. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in at least one relevant technology domain.
• Strong technical knowledge of at least one major programming or technology discipline.
• General understanding of software development lifecycles, technical workflows, and quality standards.
• Ability to assess websites, applications, portfolios,



and technical project deliverables.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Good written English communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to make objective decisions based on technical evidence and predefined criteria.
• Ability to manage multiple evaluations while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in software development, technical QA, code review, or technical assessment.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern development technologies.
• Experience evaluating technical professionals or working with freelancer marketplaces.
• Ability to learn new technologies and apply structured assessment guidelines.
