15 Years of Full-Time Education Role Type: Client-Facing Onsite Project Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Lead with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP PS to lead solution design, configuration, implementation, and support activities within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), budgeting, cost control, project accounting, settlement, and capital project management. The candidate will work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective SAP PS solutions aligned with business requirements. This is a 100% client-facing onsite role requiring the candidate to work from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, five days a week. Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Project System (PS) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and maintain project structures, including project definitions, WBS elements, networks, and project milestones.
• Configure and manage project planning, budgeting, availability control, cost planning, and cost monitoring.
• Handle project accounting, cost allocation, settlement profiles, and integration with SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
• Support capital project management, project execution, revenue recognition, and project cost analysis.




• Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with relevant modules, including Finance, Procurement (MM), Manufacturing/Production Planning (PP), and Asset Management (PM/EAM).
• Prepare solution design documents, functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
• Collaborate with business users and client stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Develop test scenarios and test scripts, coordinate functional and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through sign-off.
• Support data migration planning, data validation, cutover activities, and go-live execution.
• Provide end-user training, prepare knowledge transfer documentation, and support post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify and resolve functional issues, manage risks, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks and deliverables. Required Technical Skills
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS).
• Strong knowledge of SAP PS configuration and business processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Expertise in WBS and project structure design, project planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of project accounting,



settlement, and project-related financial processes.
• Experience in preparing:
• SAP PS Solution Design Documents
• WBS and Project Structure Designs
• Budgeting and Cost Control Frameworks
• Project Accounting and Settlement Designs
• Functional Specifications
• Test Scripts and UAT Documentation
• Data Migration Strategies

• Understanding of integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, and Asset Management.

• 5+ years of relevant SAP PS experience.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Willingness to work onsite at the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, all five working days of the week.
• Comfortable working in a 100% client-facing project environment.
• Minimum 15 years of full-time formal education. Important: Candidates must be comfortable with the mandatory onsite work arrangement in Bhilai. Remote or hybrid working is not available for this role.
