PRACTICE is hiring | Experienced CAD Operator | Goa PRACTICE is an architecture, interior design, and urban planning studio with offices in Mumbai, Kolkata, Goa, and Guwahati. Our work is driven by a thoughtful, context-responsive approach that balances design excellence with technical precision. At PRACTICE, we believe good design needs to be backed by accurate, well-resolved drawings. We're looking for an experienced CAD Operator to join our Goa studio and contribute to architectural drawing production, detailing, and construction documentation across a range of projects. If you have a strong command of AutoCAD, understand architectural drawings beyond drafting, and take pride in producing accurate, coordinated, execution-ready documentation, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do
• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and architectural details.
• Develop architectural working drawings and construction details with an understanding of dimensions, levels, materials, and buildability.
• Translate design inputs and mark-ups into accurate, well-coordinated drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve coordination issues.
• Incorporate revisions and maintain drawing accuracy across different stages of design development and execution.
• Follow office CAD standards, drawing protocols, file management systems, and revision procedures.
• Work closely with architects and project teams to meet drawing schedules while maintaining quality and consistency. Skills & Experience




• 4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural CAD drafting and construction documentation, with a strong understanding of architectural & interior drawing conventions.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and disciplined drafting practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Sound understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, interior detailing, materials, and buildability.
• Experience coordinating drawings with consultants and incorporating design revisions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Ability to work independently on assigned drawings while collaborating effectively with the wider project team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage. Experience working on residential, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale architectural projects will be valued. Why Join PRACTICE?
