About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on consultant to lead a focused 90-day SEO and Answer Engine Optimization programme for martlet.ai. You’ll translate audit findings into verified improvements, strengthen our content and establish reliable measurement of search visibility, AI citations and qualified organic enquiries. Responsibilities
• Verify search and analytics tracking and establish a performance baseline.
• Conduct a complete technical SEO audit and prioritize issues by business impact.
• Drive improvements in mobile performance, JavaScript rendering, indexing, canonicals, structured data and metadata.
• Develop a US buyer-intent keyword strategy mapped to relevant pages.
• Optimize existing solution pages, articles and contextual internal links.
• Strengthen authorship, source references and evidence supporting content claims.
• Develop sustainable, relevant authority-building opportunities.
• Establish repeatable AEO and GEO tracking, distinguishing mentions, citations and measurable referrals.
• Provide weekly reporting and a complete end-of-contract handover. Expected Deliverables First 30 days Establish a measurement baseline, complete the technical audit, create a prioritized action plan and keyword-to-page map,



and demonstrate verified progress on priority technical fixes. By Day 60 Implement prioritized content and on-page improvements, strengthen internal linking and establish an operating AEO measurement process. By Day 90 Deliver a before-and-after performance review, organic enquiry analysis, documented search and AI visibility trends, reporting dashboards and recommendations for the following quarter. Success measures will be agreed after reviewing the baseline, competition and implementation dependencies. We expect measurable progress and transparent reporting; specific rankings cannot be guaranteed. Required Skills
• Demonstrated SEO results supported by credible case studies and a clear explanation of your personal contribution.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including JavaScript websites, crawlability, indexing, canonicalization and structured data.
• Practical experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Bing Webmaster Tools, SEO crawlers, PageSpeed Insights and structured-data validation.
• Strong search-intent analysis, content optimization and reporting skills.
• Practical understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and their measurement limitations.
• Clear communication, prioritization and ownership. Preferred Experience
• B2B SaaS, healthcare or health technology.
• SEO targeting the US market.
• AEO and GEO projects.
