About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Process / Design Engineer with a strong background in steel fabrication. The role involves translating client requirements into clear production processes, ensuring smooth coordination between design and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop process sheets and flowcharts for fabricated structures
• Analyze client drawings and specifications to define manufacturing processes
• Handle technical queries and clarifications with clients to support production




• Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and procurement
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams for effective execution
• Maintain proper documentation for all engineering and process-related activities Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in steel fabrication / engineering industry
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and structural components
• Ability to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings
• Experience in process planning and BOM preparation
• Good communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
