• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred What You’ll Do
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Handle recruitment for Engineering, Construction, EPC, PMC, Civil, Electrical, and other technical profiles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offers and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and work towards timely closure of positions. What We’re Looking For
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and Boolean search techniques.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple requirements
