The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality. Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage all activities within the Steel Melting Shop during the assigned shift to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Monitor and control the steel melting process parameters to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of SMS equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Analyze operational data and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.




• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing process efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed shift reports, including production data, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with quality control and production planning teams to align operations with overall manufacturing goals.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and operators to build technical capabilities within the team.
