We partner with leading financial institutions to deliver digital transformation, functional testing, security, and performance services. Role Overview We are looking for a Finacle Developer / Core Banking Engineer to design, customize, and optimize Finacle workflows, reports, and modules. You will collaborate with business teams to deliver regulatory-compliant, high-performance solutions for BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Finacle Customization: Develop workflows, reports, and modules.
• Finacle Scripting: Work with FSI, MTT, SRV scripts.
• Oracle PL/SQL Development: Write and optimize queries, procedures, and triggers.




• API & Middleware Integration: Connect Finacle with third-party systems.
• Compliance Implementation: Apply RBI/IBA guidelines in customizations.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit, regression, and UAT testing.
• Performance Optimization: Tune scripts and queries for efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain version control and detailed records. Required Skills
• Solid expertise in Finacle scripting (FSI, MTT, SRV).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of APIs and middleware integration.
• Familiarity with RBI/IBA compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience Criteria
• 3–6 years of experience in Finacle customization
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in BFSI domain projects.
