Vishakha Metals is looking for an experienced Project Lead to spearhead the execution of its Greenfield Aluminium Solar Frame Manufacturing Project (Phase 3), with a planned production capacity of 4,000 MT per annum at Mundra, Gujarat. Company: Vishakha Renewables Limited (Metals -VMPL)

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end greenfield project execution, from planning and engineering to commissioning and commercial production.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of aluminium extrusion presses, die shop, ageing ovens, anodizing line, shot blasting, fabrication, assembly and machine shop facilities.
• Manage plant utilities, including LNG/LPG systems, electrical distribution, water treatment, ETP, ZLD, compressed air, HVAC and fire protection systems.
• Drive project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contractor management and equipment procurement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental,



safety and quality requirements.
• Lead plant trials, performance testing, commissioning and operational handover. ? Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
• 12–20 years of relevant industrial project execution experience, including at least 5 years leading greenfield manufacturing projects.
• Robust experience in aluminium extrusion, anodizing, metal processing or fabrication projects.
• Expertise in utility infrastructure, ETP/ZLD, contractor management and plant commissioning.
• Candidates from Jindal, Hindalco or similar aluminium/metal manufacturing industries will be preferred. ? Job
