• Connect with prospective students and their Parents to understand their educational needs and goals.
• Explain relevant programs and guide prospects towards suitable solutions.
• Manage leads through effective calls, counselling conversations, and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly enrolment, sales, and revenue targets.
• Address customer queries and objections to drive successful conversions.
• Maintain accurate lead records and monitor follow-ups, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.



✅ What We’re Looking For
• A Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, education sales, counselling sales, or a similar sales role.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on conversions and revenue generation.
• Excellent follow-up, objection-handling, and deal-closing abilities.
