Role Description The Relationship Manager Loan will manage and grow a portfolio of loan customers by providing end-to-end support throughout the loan lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, explaining loan products and eligibility, assisting with applications and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for approval and disbursal. The role involves monitoring loan accounts, addressing payment or servicing issues, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. The Relationship Manager will also maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups,



cross-selling relevant financial products, and upholding compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Loans and Finance, with practical understanding of lending products and processes.
• Experience in Loan Servicing and Portfolio Management to handle client accounts and maintain portfolio quality.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze financial documents, assess creditworthiness, and explain complex information in simple terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in banking or finance are an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools; comfort working with loan management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Fluency in English and local languages used in the Pune Division; prior experience in financial services or banking is preferred.
