Operations are supported by an in-house toolroom, a workforce of 500+ skilled professionals, and SEDEX (4-Pillar SMETA) audited systems. Role Overview The Assistant Merchandiser will manage coordination between international buyers and internal teams for the leather goods division, covering bags, accessories and hardgoods. The role carries responsibility for order management from development through to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Receive sample requests from buyers and seek clarity on specifications Execute sample requests in coordination with the sampling team Prepare and maintain the bill of materials (BOM)



and related product documentation Follow up on samples Coordinate TDS and tooling with the technical team Follow up on raw material with tanneries Establish delivery commitments and follow up on production with the production team Define QC standards in coordination with the QC department Follow up on deliveries with the logistics team Requirements 1–4 years of experience in leather goods (bags, accessories or hardgoods preferred) Design graduate from a reputed design institute Sound technical knowledge of leather products and construction Robust communication skills Technical Skills Design software: Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Compensation: As per industry standards; negotiable To Apply: Please DM or send your CV to [email protected]
