• ? Core Focus: Own the visual identity of our brands, conceptualising and executing high-impact marketing collaterals across digital, social, and print platforms.
• ? Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and web teams to bridge the gap between technical strategy and compelling design, ensuring a seamless and high-converting visual experience across all digital touchpoints. ?

Key Responsibilities
• ? Visual Strategy: Translate brand strategies and complex campaign concepts into creative, engaging, and cohesive visual identities.
• ?️ Asset Creation: Design high-converting social media creatives, ad banners, landing page layouts, infographics, and email templates.
• ? Brand Ownership: Maintain and enforce strict visual brand guidelines, ensuring absolute consistency in typography,

Experience:
3–5 years of proven experience as a professional Graphic Designer, ideally within an agency or fast-growing digital marketing environment.
• ? Design Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and premium proficiency in Figma or Canva for rapid layout iterations.
• ? Core

Skills:
Robust understanding of typography, digital layouts, composition, color theory, and commercial design principles.
• ? Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse, highly skilled creative work (social media creatives, branding, UI elements, or performance marketing assets) is mandatory.
• ? Motion Graphics (Plus): Basic to advanced knowledge of motion design, video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects), or animation is highly beneficial.
