Chennai (Work From Office) Role Overview: We are a creative marketing agency working with restaurants, FMCG brands, doctors, and multispecialty hospitals. You will oversee a team of 20+ members across design, video editing, development, and content. As the central point for daily task allocation, you will turn client requirements into clear assignments, organize schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. This role requires strong operational leadership alongside social media strategy knowledge and creative judgment. You should be comfortable reviewing creative work, addressing performance issues, and keeping clients and internal teams aligned. What You’ll Do:
- Own daily agency operations and maintain visibility across ongoing projects and client commitments.
- Plan and allocate daily tasks across design, video editing, development, and content teams.
- Set clear briefs, priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines based on team capacity.
- Schedule and lead internal meetings, daily check-ins, client calls, and project reviews.
- Serve as the main coordination point between clients and internal teams.
- Clarify client requirements, document feedback, and translate requests into actionable tasks.
- Monitor progress, attendance, availability, and delivery commitments through transparent work processes.
- Address missed deadlines, quality issues,



and recurring performance concerns with clear feedback and follow-up.
- Review social media creatives, videos, captions, and carousels for brand consistency, clarity, and campaign relevance.
- Apply social media strategy knowledge to identify weak ideas and guide improvements.
- Coordinate client approvals, including medical review where required for healthcare content.
- Manage revisions, changing priorities, and dependencies while keeping delivery schedules realistic.
- Resolve operational blockers and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.
- Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, approval records, and performance reports.
- Improve workflows to reduce avoidable delays, repeated revisions, and communication gaps. What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams within a creative or digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content formats, and campaign planning.
- Ability to evaluate design, video editing, and copy against a creative brief.
- Strong task allocation, resource planning, and project coordination skills.
- Confidence leading client conversations and communicating expectations clearly.




- An assertive and fair leadership style, with the ability to handle conflict and hold teams accountable.
- Solid organizational skills, consistent follow-through, and sound judgment.
- Ability to balance productivity, creative quality, and realistic workloads.
- Familiarity with project management tools, reporting dashboards, and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to review Tamil, English, and Tanglish content.
