Role Description The Project Engineer – Calicut is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing electrical, mechanical, and solar installation projects from planning to completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, preparing technical and project documentation, managing schedules and milestones, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves site supervision, resource allocation, vendor and contractor coordination, and regular communication with internal teams and clients to track progress and resolve issues.



The Project Engineer will also support cost estimations, risk identification, and continuous improvement of project execution processes in alignment with ELECTRICBUY’s operational workflows. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with hands-on experience in installation and commissioning activities.
• Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource management, and progress tracking.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Relevant experience in solar, electrical, or mechanical projects, preferably in EPC or similar environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and basic CAD or design software is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to travel to project locations as required.
