Job SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Electronics R&D; Engineer with practical experience in circuit development, PCB designing, embedded programming, prototyping, and troubleshooting. The candidate should have experience developing academic projects and/or new electronic products, with strong knowledge of electronic components, microcontrollers, PLCs, and hardware debugging.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and prototypes.
• Design and develop PCBs, including schematic creation, PCB layouts, and modifications.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and hardware debugging.
• Work with microcontrollers, sensors, embedded systems, and PLCs.
• Develop and modify embedded programs using Embedded C/C++ or relevant programming languages.
• Select suitable electronic components based on project requirements.
• Assemble, test, and validate electronic prototypes and new product designs.
• Develop academic projects and/or commercial electronic products as required.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering/rework tools for testing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical documentation, circuit diagrams, PCB files, and test reports.




• Research new technologies and support the development and improvement of electronic products.
• Coordinate with the R&D; team to complete projects within specified timelines. Required Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Practical experience in circuit design and PCB development.
• Knowledge of PCB design tools such as Altium, Eagle, KiCad, Proteus, or OrCAD.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as Arduino, 8051, PIC, ARM, STM32, or ESP32.
• Knowledge of Embedded C/C++ and embedded systems programming.
• Knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation.
• Component-level troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with sensors, relays, power supplies, and communication interfaces.
• Ability to convert project requirements into working electronic prototypes. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Diploma/Polytechnic followed by B.
E./B.
Tech in Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in academic/final-year projects, electronics R&D;, or product development.
• Experience in circuit design, PCB development, microcontrollers, PLCs, and prototype testing.
• Strong practical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work on current electronic product development.
