Role Description The Azure Data Engineering Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Azure Data Engineering concepts, tools, and best practices to learners at the Hyderabad campus. This part-time, on-site role involves preparing course materials, creating lab exercises and real-time project scenarios, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and evaluating learner progress through assignments and assessments. The trainer will stay current with Azure data services and related technologies, update training content accordingly,



and provide guidance to students on career paths and certification preparation. Collaboration with academic coordinators and technical teams to align content with industry requirements and NareshIT standards is an integral part of the role. Qualifications
• Robust Information Technology background, with hands-on experience in Azure Data Engineering and related cloud data services.
• Demonstrated Teaching, Training, and Lecturing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, structured manner.
• Practical experience in Software Development, preferably involving data engineering, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and manage classroom dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Azure certifications (e.g., DP-203) are highly desirable.
• Experience designing curriculum, preparing training materials, and using LMS or eLearning platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and maintain a flexible schedule suitable for part-time classroom training.
