The team member will perform vehicle body repairs, including denting, panel replacement, minor structural work, and alignment of body parts according to manufacturer standards. Daily responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for damage, diagnosing repair needs, executing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring high-quality finishing work. The role also involves coordinating with service advisors, maintaining tools and equipment,



following safety procedures, and keeping work areas organized. The individual is expected to interact professionally with colleagues and customers to support efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Strong maintenance & repair skills, including experience in vehicle body repair, denting, and panel work.
• Ability to troubleshoot body and minor mechanical issues and identify appropriate repair methods.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality service.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with service advisors, technicians, and customers.
• Prior experience in automotive body repair or a related field; Hyundai workshop experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and proper use of body repair tools and equipment.
• Relevant technical training or certification in automotive repair is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Cuttack district and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace.
