Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Architect and Interior Designer. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, and coordinating design intent from concept through execution. Daily responsibilities include working with design software to create plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations; selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures; and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and vendors. The Architect and Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, support project documentation, assist with site visits, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with design standards. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess solid skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills in Software Development and Integration where applicable to design workflows, such as integrating BIM or design tools into project processes.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking of design and execution milestones.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop) is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with construction documentation, site coordination, and understanding of local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, design sensitivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
