About the Role
We are looking for a visually sensitive, creatively driven and strategically minded individual to help shape the digital presence of KOA Living and Koa Surfaces. This role brings together content strategy, visual storytelling, creative direction, photography, videography, editing and social media management. We are particularly interested in candidates from design and fashion communication backgrounds who understand aesthetics, visual composition and the importance of building a distinctive brand identity. You will be involved in the entire content journey, from conceptualising creative ideas to shooting, editing, scheduling and publishing content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Planning: Develop monthly content calendars, campaign concepts and platform-specific communication strategies.
• Creative Direction: Conceptualise visual narratives, moodboards, shot lists and creative themes aligned with the identities of both brands.
• Photography & Videography: Independently plan and execute product shoots, lifestyle content, reels, behind-the-scenes stories and creative campaigns.
• Editing & Post-production: Edit photographs and videos into polished, visually compelling content suited to different digital platforms.
• Social Media Management: Schedule, publish and manage content across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Brand Communication & Copywriting: Develop thoughtful captions, product narratives, campaign messaging and brand-led storytelling.
• Content Performance: Track engagement, reach, audience growth and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Campaign Coordination:



Collaborate with product design and business teams to plan communication around launches, collections, seasonal campaigns and collaborations.
• Trend & Creative Research: Explore emerging visual trends, digital storytelling formats and creative approaches relevant to premium design and lifestyle brands. Who We're Looking For
• Students or recent graduates in Fashion Communication, Communication Design, Visual Communication, Photography, Media or related creative disciplines.
• A solid visual aesthetic and an understanding of contemporary design, interiors, fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Experience in photography, videography and short-form video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva or similar creative tools.
• Strong written communication, storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Understanding of Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn content formats.
• Ability to independently take content from concept through execution and publication.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative work, visual storytelling or social media content. Preferred Educational BackgroundPreference will be given to candidates from design institutions such as NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, Srishti Manipal Institute, MIT Institute of Design, UID and other recognised creative institutions. Candidates specialising in Fashion Communication, Communication Design, Visual Communication or related disciplines are particularly encouraged to apply.
