Additionally, proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with team members and clients. As a German Chat & Email Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all queries. You will assist customers with their concerns, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in German and English.
