Job Description
We are looking for a technically inclined and customer-focused individual to manage our 3D printing service business, from handling customer enquiries to delivering finished 3D-printed parts.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable 3D printing technologies and materials.
• Analyse 3D models and prepare quotations based on material, printing time, and complexity.
• Coordinate and manage printing jobs from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Operate 3D printers, troubleshoot printing issues, and ensure product quality.
• Follow up on quotations and maintain valuable customer relationships.
• Assist customers with basic 3D modelling and design modifications,



where required. Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of 3D printing and engineering materials, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Added Advantage
• Knowledge of 3D modelling software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or FreeCAD.
• Experience in 3D printing, CAD design, or technical sales. Freshers with good technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
