Role Description Required Field Recruiters, Recovery Agents, and Technicians for 2W EV will support the daily operations of the electric motorcycle fleet on-site in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role that includes recruiting and onboarding field staff, coordinating rider and driver resources, and ensuring efficient utilization of vehicles. Recovery Agents will handle on-ground recovery of stalled or misplaced vehicles, assist riders in resolving basic issues, and coordinate with operations teams for incident reporting. Technicians will perform routine inspections, basic diagnostics,



and minor repairs on electric motorcycles and related equipment to maintain safety and performance standards. All team members will collaborate with operations, support, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality rider experience. Qualifications
• Field operations and recruitment skills, including experience hiring and managing on-ground staff, coordinating schedules, and supporting workforce planning.
• Vehicle recovery and customer support skills, such as handling on-site issues, assisting riders, and managing incident reporting and documentation.
• Basic technical and mechanical skills related to two-wheeler or EV maintenance, including troubleshooting, routine servicing, and safety inspections.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact with riders, team members, and local partners in a professional and respectful manner.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage field tasks independently, and adapt to dynamic operational requirements.
• Prior experience in mobility, logistics, automotive, or EV operations is an advantage.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and digital tools for tracking, reporting, and coordination.
• Commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical conduct in all field activities.
