• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a quick-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior recruitment or HR experience is preferred.
