Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based at Delhi Public School, SPR, Sector 70A, Gurugram. The role involves managing admissions enquiries, guiding prospective families through the admission process, and providing accurate information about the school’s philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to phone, email, and walk-in enquiries, conducting campus tours, scheduling and coordinating interactions or assessments, and supporting applicants with forms and documentation.



The Admission Counsellor will maintain admission records and databases, follow up with prospective families, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. The role also includes participating in admission events, outreach activities, and providing feedback on admission trends to support the school’s founding goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide courteous, timely, and informative support throughout the admission process.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including the ability to present the school’s value proposition and convert enquiries into admissions ethically and transparently.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Education environments, preferably with prior experience in schools or academic institutions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in education, communications, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
• Additional skills such as proficiency with MS Office and admission management systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced founding workplace are preferred.
