Role Overview We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead a team of 3–4 salespeople and turn a growing flow of hospitality enquiries into well-qualified, accurately costed, winnable projects. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own the lead pipeline, decide what gets prioritised, make sure every enquiry is costing-ready, and represent Josmo confidently in front of clients, procurement teams, PMCs and design consultants. You will work closely with our Head of Sales and Founder & CEO, accompany leadership to exhibitions, expos and key client meetings, and lead meetings on your own. Over time, you will build the team into a high-performing business development and lead-generation engine. At a Glance ●

Location:
Pilerne, Goa, with travel for client meetings, site visits and exhibitions ● Team: Lead a sales/BD team of 3–4 ● Works closely with: Head of Sales and Founder & CEO ●

Experience:
7+ years in B2B sales/BD in furniture or hospitality FF&E;, including at least 2–3 years managing a sales team

Key Responsibilities
Team leadership ● Lead, manage and coach a sales team of 3–4, setting clear targets, priorities and accountability.

● Train the team to become a high-performing BD and lead-generation unit, from prospecting and qualification through to follow-up and closure. ● Work closely with the Head of Sales on sales strategy, targets, forecasting and team performance. Lead management & costing ● Review, qualify and prioritise incoming leads based on project value, timelines, fit and likelihood of conversion. ● Push leads through our internal system for costing, making sure every enquiry reaches the estimation team complete and costing-ready. ● Study BOQs, drawings, specifications and material schedules, and spot gaps, ambiguities and missing information early. ● Go back to clients, consultants and project teams to resolve queries and get the missing details needed for costing: dimensions, finishes, materials, quantities, timelines and site conditions. ● Track every opportunity from enquiry to costing, quotation, negotiation and order, with clear follow-ups and regular pipeline reporting. Client & stakeholder management ● Represent Josmo with polish and confidence with hotel owners, client representatives, procurement teams, PMCs, architects and interior designers. ● Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations independently, and support the Founder in key meetings.

● Represent Josmo at exhibitions, expos and industry events alongside leadership, and follow through on the leads they generate. ● Build long-term relationships with hotel groups, developers, procurement heads and design consultants that lead to repeat business. Internal coordination ● Work with Design, Estimation, Production and Projects teams so quotations are accurate, competitive and deliverable, and handovers to execution are smooth. What we are looking for Must-have ● Background in the furniture industry with hospitality project experience (hotels, resorts, serviced residences). Hospitality FF&E; experience is strongly preferred. ● Has managed a sales/BD team of 3–4 people and can show how they developed that team. ● A very strong handle on BOQs, technical drawings, specifications, materials and finishes. ● Strong with numbers: costings, quotations, margins, pricing and commercial negotiation. ● Excellent communication: polished and skilled with senior clients, and equally effective with procurement teams, PMCs and project teams. ● Able to prioritise many leads at once and drive them to closure with discipline. ● Comfortable with Excel and CRM or pipeline-tracking tools. ● Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions and expos. Good to have ● An existing network among hotel operators, owners, developers, PMCs, procurement consultants and design firms. ● Experience with solid wood, upholstery, metal, stone and panel-based furniture, and with training salespeople in structured lead generation.
