Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues to support high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients, following up on services delivered, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The executive will document customer feedback, prepare basic reports,



and support initiatives aimed at improving service quality and client retention. Regular communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings is expected, along with adherence to company policies and service standards. Qualifications
• Solid customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle queries and concerns professionally.
• Experience in business relationship management and client relations, focusing on building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Basic knowledge of the machinery or automotive sector is an advantage.
