Full time. Six days a week, fully onsite at WTF's Sector 9, Noida office. No remote or hybrid arrangement. Apply only if this works for your actual daily commute. We need someone who can personally find the right person before asking a recruiter to do it. The brief can move from a sales operator to a product builder, an HR specialist or a business leader. You must learn what good delivery looks like, map where that talent exists, source it, run a sharp screening conversation and return a defensible shortlist. A CV with familiar keywords is not enough. You will personally own difficult searches and coach the recruiting team. Track approached and screened candidates, qualified shortlists, interviews, offers, actual joiners, time-to-close and retention. Explain your own closures separately from the team's output, and show what you changed when delivery missed. We want evidence of one unfamiliar-role search you solved: how you learnt the brief, the sourcing approach you used, the false positives you rejected and who actually joined.



We also want one recruiter's before-and-after result following your coaching. Team size, database access and a tools list do not prove either ability. You should be able to run a disciplined ATS-backed workflow, use sourcing and AI tools responsibly, and deliver without waiting for job portals to supply applicants. The assessment includes a short unfamiliar-role sourcing exercise and coaching a weak shortlist. Bring a redacted or recreated funnel or sourcing tracker; never disclose confidential employer or candidate information. Please be ready with current or last-drawn CTC, notice period, locality and realistic start date. Compensation is decided after evidence and the founder discussion. The post does not promise a package or interview slot. This is recruitment across WTF businesses, not a single familiar role family and not a manager-only coordination seat.
