Role Description The International Process & Back Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik. The role involves handling back office operations for international processes, including data entry, documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries via email or phone, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional support. The executive will assist in process improvement, monitor service quality, and follow standard operating procedures.
