Role Description The Hiring HR Recruiter role is a full time, on-site position based in Gwalior. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for corporate, technical, and fresher roles. The recruiter will partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, design effective job postings, and maintain talent pipelines that align with CertED Technologies’ “Search | Connect | Engage” approach. Daily responsibilities include using various sourcing platforms, managing candidate communication, maintaining recruitment data and reports,



and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives and collaborating with training and staffing teams to support organizational growth. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management and relationship building, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in communication and interpersonal interaction, including clear written communication, professional phone and video presence, and active listening.
• Candidates should possess skills in using HR tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networking sites, and basic HR analytics.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant recruitment experience in IT, training, or corporate domains is an advantage.
• Knowledge of current hiring trends, fresher hiring strategies, and campus or bulk recruitment will be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gwalior and demonstrate a professional, inclusive approach to hiring and candidate engagement.
