Role Description The Test Coordinator role at PW is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Test Coordinator will plan, schedule, and organize academic tests and assessments across various courses and batches, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with teaching and operations teams, preparing test papers and guidelines, overseeing test administration, and ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards. The role involves monitoring test logistics,



tracking student participation, managing test-related queries, and supporting post-test analysis in collaboration with academic teams. The Test Coordinator will also maintain detailed records, contribute to improving test processes, and support initiatives to enhance the overall assessment experience for learners. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Test Coordination and Test Management to plan, schedule, and oversee assessments effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution to supervise and manage the end-to-end conduct of tests.
• Candidates should possess skills in Test Strategy and Quality Assurance to ensure tests are aligned with academic goals and maintain high standards.
• Robust organizational, time management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail in handling multiple test cycles.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with academic, operations, and support teams.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with education or test-prep environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in test coordination, examination cell operations, or academic administration is an advantage.
