Role Description The IT Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to users across Workship’s managed workspaces. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers, supporting network connectivity, and ensuring that critical IT systems function reliably. The specialist will respond to help desk tickets, guide users through troubleshooting steps, perform routine maintenance,



and escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or vendors when needed. Additional responsibilities include setting up new workstations, maintaining asset inventories, documenting solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes to support a seamless workspace experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for end users.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Troubleshooting and Desktop Computers in a business workplace.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Information Technology, including operating systems, networks, and common office applications.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with ticketing systems, basic network configuration, and IT asset management will be beneficial.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are an added advantage.
