• Plan and launch Meta & Google ad campaigns
• Set up and optimise WhatsApp lead campaigns & basic automation flows
• Analyse performance weekly (CPL, ROAS, conversions

• Prepare clear, structured performance reports with insights (not just screenshots)
• Suggest improvements instead of just reporting problems
• Optimise campaigns regularly
- targeting, creatives, budgets, funnels
• Identify gaps in lead quality and work towards improving conversion rates
• Work closely with the content team to improve ad creatives
• Think about audience psychology, not just targeting filters
• Have minimal but clear client communication to understand business goals, offers, and feedback Basically:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing




• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience managing Google Ad campaigns
• Experience handling and optimising significant monthly ad budgets (₹10L+ preferred)
• Basic understanding of WhatsApp campaigns / lead funnel logic
• Clear understanding of metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
• Ability to analyse data and suggest actionable improvements
• Comfortable creating structured weekly performance reports
• Robust ownership mindset
