Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Pellet Electrical to oversee shift electrical maintenance operations across Pellet Plants 1 & 2, PCI Plants 1 & 2, and the Beneficiation Plant. The role involves ensuring plant uptime, minimizing equipment breakdowns, executing preventive maintenance, managing manpower and spares, and maintaining compliance with electrical safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee shift-wise electrical maintenance activities to ensure plant uptime and production continuity.
• Attend to electrical breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime through effective troubleshooting.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance (PM), shutdown activities, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure timely availability of electrical spares and effective manpower planning.
• Maintain electrical logbooks, PM check sheets, and maintenance records in the ERP system.
• Identify equipment abnormalities, raise maintenance notifications,



and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) for major breakdowns.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with electrical isolation procedures, permit-to-work systems, and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IMS, EHS, and plant maintenance procedures. Key Performance Expectations
• Minimize equipment breakdown duration and improve plant availability.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance and shutdown activities.
• Maintain effective shift planning and manpower utilization.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, EHS, ISO, and IMS requirements.
• Improve maintenance reliability through root cause analysis and timely closure of corrective actions. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or B.
Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in shift operations within a pellet plant or heavy industrial environment.
• Solid knowledge of electrical equipment, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
• Experience in shift planning, manpower management, and maintenance coordination.
• Good problem-solving, team management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP-based maintenance systems and safety procedures will be beneficial.
