Role Description The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations at Knotsnco’s in office location in Surat in a full-time capacity. This role includes managing the sales floor, supervising store staff, ensuring product displays are aligned with brand standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers. The Store Manager will handle inventory control, cash management, and basic reporting,



while monitoring stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams for replenishment. The role involves engaging with customers, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. The Store Manager will also implement store policies, support loss prevention efforts, and contribute to local marketing or promotional activities as needed. Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and partners.
• Experience in Store Management, including day-to-day operations and team supervision.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect inventory and ensure compliance.
• Prior experience in retail, gifting, or handcrafted products is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, including weekends and peak seasons as required.
• Basic proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash and transaction records.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, community-oriented mindset.
