Role Description The Talent Sourcing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting qualified candidates for various internal and client-facing positions, primarily within the immigration and consulting domains. Typical day-to-day tasks include searching for candidates through online platforms and professional networks, screening profiles, conducting initial discussions, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The Talent Sourcing Executive will maintain candidate databases, track sourcing metrics, and support the end-to-end recruiting process,



including assisting with offer discussions and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand staffing needs, supporting vendor or procurement-related activities when required, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with company values. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of the hiring process.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners in a clear and professional manner.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to assess role requirements, evaluate candidate suitability, and track sourcing performance metrics.
• Candidates should possess Procurement and Contract Negotiation skills to support vendor management, service agreements, and candidate offer discussions where applicable.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or staffing in a consulting or immigration services environment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of immigration or overseas resettlement processes and related terminology is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet timelines and targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
