Role Description The Academic Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The person in this role will guide learners through their academic journey, help them select appropriate programs and courses, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful completion of their studies. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one advising sessions, offering student counseling, facilitating career counseling discussions, and monitoring academic progress. The Academic Advisor will collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to address academic concerns, support student retention, and share accurate information about program requirements, institutional policies, and career pathways. The role also involves organizing informational sessions, maintaining detailed advising records, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning workplace.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners throughout their educational journey.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
• Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to guide learners toward suitable career paths in data-focused and related fields.
• Candidates should possess a solid background in Education or a related discipline, with an understanding of academic structures and learner needs.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field are preferred.
• Experience working in academic advising, student services, or educational counseling, ideally within higher education or professional training programs, is beneficial.
• Ability to handle sensitive student information with discretion, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and maintain a supportive, non-discriminatory advising environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and student management software are advantageous.
