Role Description The Property Manager – Bangalore will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This full time, on-site role includes managing guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring that each property meets JadeCaps’ standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest experience. The Property Manager will handle guest communication, resolve issues promptly, and support dynamic pricing and occupancy strategies in collaboration with central operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate property records, supervising on-ground vendors, conducting regular inspections,



and providing owners with clear updates on performance and operational matters. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and a hospitality-focused mindset to deliver consistent, high-quality stays. Qualifications
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals, with strong skills in on-ground operations and vendor coordination.
• Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to manage guest expectations, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships with owners and partners.
• Organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple properties, schedule maintenance and housekeeping, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Basic technology proficiency, including use of property management systems, mobile apps, spreadsheets, and messaging tools for real-time coordination.
• Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and best practices related to residential properties and short-term stays in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on guest check-in schedules and operational needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a hospitality-first mindset focused on delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Preferred: Prior experience in hotel operations, serviced apartments, or vacation rentals; proficiency in English and regional languages; a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler license for local travel between properties.
