About the Role
Evergreen Square is looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, monitor project quality, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor labour productivity, materials, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
• Check measurements, prepare quantity estimates, and verify contractor bills.
• Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
• Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.




• Follow site safety procedures and applicable building regulations.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate timely corrective action.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and completing project milestones. Requirements
• Diploma or B.
Tech/B.
E. in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in building construction and site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, estimation, and quantity surveying.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage contractors and meet project deadlines. Salary & Advantages
