Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Healthcare Business Development Executive to strengthen our hospital outreach, referral network and business development activities. ?

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Hospital Marketing
• Develop and implement business development activities for the hospital.
• Identify new opportunities to increase patient reach and hospital services.
• Promote hospital services to relevant healthcare and community networks.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals. Referral Development
• Develop and maintain a robust doctor/clinic referral network.
• Regularly visit referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare partners.
• Coordinate with referral sources and maintain professional relationships.
• Follow up on referrals and maintain appropriate records. Field Work & Outreach
• Conduct regular field visits across Bengaluru.
• Identify potential referral partners and healthcare institutions.
• Participate in health camps, awareness programs and community outreach activities.
• Represent the hospital professionally during external meetings and events. Digital & Offline Marketing
• Support hospital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for social media, WhatsApp and other marketing initiatives.




• Identify opportunities for local/community healthcare promotions.
• Support patient engagement and awareness activities. Lead Generation & Follow-up
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals and outreach activities.
• Follow up with potential patients/referral sources appropriately.
• Maintain daily activity reports and business development records.
• Track outreach activities, leads and conversions. ?
