What You'll Do




• Support end-to-end People Operations and HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR trackers, prepare reports, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to AI and automation initiatives to simplify and improve HR Operations.
• Coordinate with employees and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Contribute to employee engagement and experience initiatives.
• Bring ideas to improve processes, adopt new technologies, and drive continuous transformation. What You Bring
