About the Role
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Service Engineers. The role involves customer visits, service support, client relationship management, technical measurements, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer service calls and inquiries.
- Visit customer sites and provide service support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
- Gather technical data, take measurements, and prepare reports.
- Explain the company's products and offerings to customers.




- Coordinate between customers and internal teams. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma holders or graduates from any discipline may apply.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic engineering and electrical knowledge.
- Familiarity with Vernier calipers, measuring scales, and measuring tapes.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and sketching.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as spanners and ratchets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
