About Hospertz India Pvt Ltd Hospertz India Pvt Ltd (HIPL) is a turnkey specialist in healthcare infrastructure across India, delivering end-to-end greenfield and brownfield hospital projects, from site selection and licensing to design, construction and commissioning. Role: Senior Design Architect (Mumbai, On-site) We are looking for an experienced Design Architect (not an interior designer) to lead architectural design for large-scale building projects. You will own design from concept to construction drawings and coordinate closely with structural, MEP and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design: concept, schematic, design development and working/GFC drawings
• Plan and design large buildings of 50,000 to 1,00,000+ sq ft built-up area
• Prepare and review master plans, layouts, sections, elevations and statutory/approval drawings (MCGM / local authority norms, NBC, fire norms)
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC and medical gas consultants; resolve design clashes




• Support site execution with drawing clarifications, site visits and quality checks
• Mentor junior architects and draughtsmen Requirements (Must-have)

Arch (COA registered); M.
Arch is a plus
• 7 to 10+ years of experience as a design architect
• Proven track record of designing and delivering projects of 50,000 to 1,00,000+ sq ft
• Experience in residential and/or commercial buildings; healthcare/hospital experience is a strong advantage
• Based in Mumbai, or willing to relocate to Mumbai
• Robust skills in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; SketchUp or similar for 3D Please note: This is a core architecture role. Interior designers and candidates without large-building design experience will not be considered. Please include a portfolio highlighting projects of 50,000+ sq ft with your application.
