Tech (Mechanical) Note: Candidate must have experience in an Intermediate and API Pharma Company.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end execution of all new and ongoing projects, from concept to commissioning.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company strategy.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, and safety teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.




• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and GMP standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and present status reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, cost optimization, and process innovation.
• Mentor and guide project engineers and execution teams. Skills & Competencies:
• Proven experience in industrial/manufacturing project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical sector.
• Solid understanding of equipment installation, utilities, and plant commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GMP norms, EHS standards, and statutory compliance.
