Role Description The CHA – Export Documentation – Mumbai role is a full-time, in office position based at the company’s Mumbai headquarters. The role involves preparing and managing export documentation in compliance with customs, regulatory, and client requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating with customers, shipping lines, and internal teams to gather information, verify details, and ensure timely filing of export documents. The position requires tracking shipment statuses, resolving documentation-related queries,



and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting. The team member will support smooth export operations by ensuring that all documents are complete, error-free, and aligned with import-export regulations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export processes.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Import Export regulations and procedures.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in paperwork, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with customs house agents (CHA) or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping line portals and logistics software is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, international trade, or a related field is beneficial.
