We’re hiring a Junior Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The role in short: You’ll plan, create, and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for multiple clients — from real estate to healthcare to e-commerce. This is a hands-on execution role with room to grow into strategy. What you’ll actually do
• Plan and manage monthly social media calendars for 4–6 client accounts
• Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories — write captions, brief the designer, review creatives
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools
• Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement — respond or escalate as needed
• Track post performance weekly — reach, engagement, follower growth — and report what’s working
• Research trending formats, hashtags, and competitor activity for each client’s niche
• Coordinate with the design team on creatives and the founder on client strategy Who this is for
• 0–1 year of experience in social media marketing (internship counts)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook,



and LinkedIn algorithms and content formats
• Good written English and Hindi — Gujarati is a plus
• Eye for design — you know what makes a valuable post without being a designer
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and meeting daily posting schedules
• Self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to post Nice to have
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (boosting, audience targeting)
• Canva skills for quick edits
• Understanding of content marketing or brand voice development
• Exposure to client-servicing in an agency setup Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
