• Hire. A lot. Engineers, product, sales, marketing and more.
• Build HR from zero. Policies, processes, systems.
• Run payroll, PF, ESI, PT, TDS. Yourself or with an agency.
• Set up our HRMS. Keep it clean.
• Own onboarding. Day one should feel like day one.
• Run ESOP admin and POSH compliance.
• Own office, admin and vendors. Assets to employees.
• Work directly with the founders. Fix what’s broken.
• Shape our culture. You’ll write the first version.
• Build your team and lead the People & Culture function. YOU HAVE
• 4+ years in HR at a product company.
• Worked in early-stage startups.
• Hired for tech and non-tech roles.



You know a backend dev from a full-stack one.
• Handled statutory compliance and payroll end to end.
• Designed HR processes or systems from scratch.
• Managed vendors and agencies. YOU ARE
• A doer. “Not my job” isn’t in your vocabulary.
• Organised in chaos.
• Excited by people and culture. Not just policies.
• Trusted. You handle sensitive things quietly.
