About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Export Documentation Executive to manage export documentation, customs clearance coordination, and shipment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of international shipments.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and verify export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
• Coordinate with CHA/customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and internal teams.
• Handle export documentation, customs clearance follow-ups, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations and international trade requirements.
• Coordinate with banks for export document submission, e-BRC, and payment realization follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of export shipments and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules, freight costs, and documentation discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales, merchandising, warehouse, and accounts teams for timely dispatch and delivery.




• Resolve documentation and shipment-related issues efficiently. Key Skills & Competencies
• Graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience in export documentation.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and customs clearance.
• Working knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA/customs brokers.
• Knowledge of export banking documentation, e-BRC, and payment realization.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and export documentation systems.
