Short-Term Contractor Joining: Immediate Compensation: $16–$17/hour Role Overview We’re looking for experienced Quality Operations Leads to manage QA teams, monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and ensure AI annotation projects meet client standards. What You’ll Do
• Lead QA teams and manage review priorities.
• Monitor quality scores, accuracy, error rates, and turnaround times.
• Conduct audits, sampling, and calibration.
• Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve guideline-related queries and report quality insights.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and the Quality Manager. Key Requirements
• 5–7 years of overall experience, including 2–3 years leading QA or quality operations teams.




• Strong knowledge of auditing, sampling, calibration, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in data annotation, data labeling, or AI training projects is preferred. Work Commitment

Working hours
7 AM–4 PM PST.
• Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
