We help entrepreneurs establish their own independent businesses by providing machinery, equipment, store setup guidance, staff training, and operational support. In addition to business setup services, we supply laundry chemicals, packaging materials, and other essential products to laundry and dry cleaning businesses across Kerala. We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across our business verticals. Role Description Nexora Ventures is looking for a proactive and target oriented Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our business verticals. The candidate will handle company provided leads, make outbound calls, explain our services and products, follow up with interested prospects, arrange and attend client meetings, and convert leads into confirmed customers. The role involves both telephone based sales and direct customer meetings, with a strong focus on lead conversion, relationship building,



and achieving monthly sales targets. Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Fluent Malayalam communication is essential.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, customer meetings, and field visits.
• Strong follow up skills and a target driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala when required.
